About The Position

Altamira Club in Homestead, Florida, is hiring a full-time Golf Shop Attendant. The role provides friendly, efficient service to guests and supports golf staff with golf shop operations, merchandise sales, and other golf-related activities. The position pays $17.00 per hour and is part of Troon, a global golf and community management company.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests on the golf course.
• Assist arriving guests with customer service to expedite check-in.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as directed.
• Collect green fees, cart fees, and other revenue, and process transactions in the POS system as trained.
• Issue receipts for guest purchases.
• Take messages for staff or guests.
• Assist with packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assist with reconciling cash and accounts receivable charges to the daily register at closing.
• Perform related duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
