About The Position
To provide high quality customer service to members and guests; perform assigned golf shop operational activities; and perform other duties as required. This is a full-time seasonal position. Time period: October to end of May based on business needs.
Requirements
- Golf knowledge (golf operations, golf equipment and merchandise).
- Experience with Tee Time Reservation System.
- Experience with POS and basic computer operations.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Establishes excellent member and guest relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service.
- Golf Shop operations: checking in members and guests, tee time reservations, event registrations, merchandise sales and event promotions.
- May assist in special events and assists with other operations as needed.
- Enforces all rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf carts and other golf facilities.
