About The Position

Retail sales and customer service position at the Eagle Falls Pro Shop. This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED/equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current Driver’s License required.
• Golf business, retail sales, and customer service experience.
• Computer skills are a must.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
• May occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Micros System used for all transactions.
• Knowledge of how to issue an Optima Gift Card.

Responsibilities

• Book T-Times, maximizing customer count and assisting customers with tee time requests.
• Collaborate with Casino Player Development/Marketing Department regarding casino players' access to the golf course and comps.
• Handle money responsibility, including accurate cash and credit card transactions, issuing gift cards, and reconciling bank deposits.
• Perform sales responsibilities, including matching customers to golf equipment, clubs, balls, gloves, shoes, and apparel.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the golf shop, including vacuuming and dusting.
• Restock items and take inventory for accounting reports.
• Work as a Starter when assigned, including opening shifts and breaks.
• Multitask effectively to accomplish duties simultaneously.
