Requirements

PGA or LPGA membership
Extensive experience and proficiency in playing golf at a high level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to provide high-quality golf instruction
Strong knowledge of golf rules, techniques, and equipment
Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proven track record of professionalism and integrity in the golf industry

Responsibilities

Provide expert golf instruction and coaching to guests of all skill levels
Conduct private lessons, group clinics, and golf schools
Assist with golf club fittings and equipment recommendations
Organize and lead golf events, tournaments, and outings
Assist in the daily operations of the pro shop, including merchandise sales and customer service
Build and maintain relationships with members, guests, and golf associations
Stay updated on industry trends and golf instruction techniques
Maintain a safe and enjoyable golf environment for all players
