About The Position

Raintree Country Club, located in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Golf Course Maintenance Staff! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. Requirements

• Reliable, respectful, and willing to learn.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be in good physical condition.
• Weekend and holiday work is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates all equipment used daily in golf course maintenance operations.
• Mows greens, tees, and fairways with appropriate mowers.
• Assists in fertilization and daily upkeep of the golf course.
• Reports mechanical issues immediately to the Head Mechanic.
• Installs detailed drainage and irrigation systems as directed by the Superintendent with precision and understanding.
• Ensures safety and proper operation of equipment and maintains awareness of other associates and members in the course of operations.
• Performs other duties as directed by the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.
