Golf Course Maintenance
About The Position
Blue Sky Golf Club is looking for a Golf Course Maintenance Associate / Greenskeeper to join their team and help keep the golf course and surrounding grounds looking their best. In this role, you’ll assist with the daily maintenance of the golf course, greens, and grounds. Responsibilities may include mowing, trimming, landscaping, general cleanup, and operating small equipment. You’ll work as part of a team to help maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable course for our members and guests. Golf course maintenance experience is a plus, but we’re also happy to consider someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and enjoys working outdoors. Requirements
- Two years of golf course maintenance experience OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
- Ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift up to 80 lbs., up to 40 lbs. frequently and up to 20 lbs. constantly.
- Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting and grasping for up to 4 hours without sitting.
- Ability to consistently lift, carry and load adaptive and other equipment that may weigh 30 or more pounds, and sustain aerobic activity for 20 consecutive minutes.

Responsibilities
- Keeps all equipment in good, clean working condition.
- Maintains a clean golf course and maintenance complex.
- Reports all problems regarding equipment to the Mechanic and or Assistant Superintendent.
- Completes duties as directed by supervisor in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates courtesy to all Members and Guests at all times.
- Obeys all safety procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
