About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the golf course to ensure it is in optimal condition for play. Key duties include turf maintenance, landscaping, and safe operation of equipment. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, with a schedule that includes early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Must be able to bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, rain, and cold.
• Must be available for early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start times), weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous landscaping experience.
• Previous groundskeeping experience.
• Previous golf course experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs to precise heights.
• Rake sand bunkers and edge cart paths.
• Plant and trim trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Lay sod and pull weeds manually.
• Safely operate power tools and heavy machinery (e.g., string trimmers, leaf blowers, tractors, and utility vehicles).
