About The Position

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Golf Operations team as Golf Cart Attendants. In this fast-paced, outdoor role, you will help maintain our premier golf cart fleet and ensure every guest begins their round with a clean, fully stocked, and presentation-ready cart. Recognized among Golf Magazine's Top 100 Golf Resorts in North America, Horseshoe Bay Resort is home to four championship golf courses, including three Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designs and the exclusive Jack Nicklaus Signature Course, Summit Rock. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, our Golf Operations team plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for guests and members from around the world.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods.
Comfortable working in varying Texas weather conditions.
Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record required.

Nice To Haves

Previous golf or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Wash, dry, clean, and detail golf carts following guest use to maintain resort standards.
Prepare carts for play by restocking scorecards, bottled water, ice, and other guest amenities.
Safely transport, stage, and store carts throughout the day and within the cart barn.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in all golf operations areas.
Inspect carts for maintenance concerns, damage, or operational issues and report findings promptly.
Partner with Golf Operations team members to support daily play, tournaments, and end-of-day closing procedures.
Ensure all carts meet presentation and readiness standards before guest use.
