PT Golf Cart Attendant
About The Position
The Golf Cart Attendant provides a visible, helpful presence for golfers arriving at and departing from the resort’s golf facilities. The role helps golfers prepare for their rounds by loading bags onto carts and directing them to the golf shop and practice facility. Attendants welcome golfers returning from their rounds, help unload clubs, and assist with departure. They also organize golf equipment, prepare and maintain carts, and support a safe environment for golfers and staff. The position requires guest-focused communication, organization, attention to detail, and collaboration in a fast-paced resort setting.
Requirements
- Strong golf knowledge is preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines or instructions in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members toward common goals.
- Ability to foster relationships with teammates, potential clients, and resort guests.
- Comfortable starting and maintaining conversations with guests and teammates.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and a rotating schedule.
- Must be able to safely and effectively navigate a 1,100-acre resort to facilitate and host events and guests as required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests to enhance their experience and diffuse and resolve concerns.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist golfers upon arrival and departure.
- Load golfers’ bags onto carts and provide directions to the golf shop and practice facility.
- Greet golfers returning from their rounds, help unload clubs, and assist with their departure.
- Organize and manage golf bags, clubs, and other equipment in the bagroom.
- Clean and charge golf carts and ensure they are ready for use at the start of each day.
- Monitor and organize the golf cart fleet and ensure carts are properly stored and maintained.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe environment for golfers and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Represent Evermore’s brand values and standards in guest and team interactions.
- Comply with golf, sales, and operational standards, policies, procedures, manuals, memos, and instructions.
