About The Position

We are looking for experienced Godot Game Engine specialists to support an AI training project. In this contract role, you will use Godot to complete real-world 2D and 3D game development tasks and explain your workflows step by step. Your expertise will help improve how AI systems understand game development.

Requirements

• Strong professional hands-on experience using Godot Game Engine.
• Experience with GDScript or C# programming.
• Good understanding of 2D/3D game development, scenes, nodes, and animations.
• Ability to develop, debug, and optimize gameplay systems.
• Access to Godot and ability to record your screen while completing tasks.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to explain technical workflows clearly.

Nice To Haves

• A portfolio of Godot game development projects.
• A relevant master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
• Previous Human Data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.
• Experience with multiplayer games, game physics, or UI/UX development.
• Professional experience in game development.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify 2D and 3D games using Godot.
• Develop gameplay mechanics, animations, and UI elements.

• Troubleshoot game issues and optimize performance.
