About The Position

The Growth Enablement Manager is responsible for supporting how LucyRx shows up in revenue conversations by enabling Sales and Client Success teams with clear guidance, tools, and coordinated execution. This role ensures that messaging, materials, and communications are applied consistently in the field. Focuses on execution and alignment by translating marketing priorities into practical, field-ready support. Partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Clinical, and Operations to ensure work is coordinated and delivered efficiently across teams. Directly supports how LucyRx performs in client and partner interactions by improving clarity, consistency, and field readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, field communications, or a similar execution-focused role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Sales and/or Client Success teams with materials, communications, or training
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable guidance
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, structure, and usability (not long-form content creation)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline to maintain accuracy and consistency across materials and communications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, PBM, or another regulated industry
  • Experience working in a growth-stage or high-change environment
  • Experience supporting partner channels such as TPAs, brokers, or consultants
  • Experience managing or contributing to enablement tools such as sales hubs, intranets, or knowledge bases
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Experience supporting internal communications or training programs

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize segment-specific knowledge into clear, reusable guidance for the field
  • Support development and upkeep of segment-specific sales tools (e.g., overviews, one-pagers, PowerPoint slide libraries) in partnership with Content & Creative
  • Coordinate a regular communication cadence for priority segments (e.g., newsletters, updates, partner communications)
  • Support alignment across Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to drive consistent outreach and follow-through
  • Adapt and update segment materials and communications as LucyRx grows, including during acquisition and integration efforts
  • Coordinate and execute client-facing communications, including updates, program launches, surveys, and educational materials
  • Manage a structured client communication calendar to ensure timely, consistent, and well-paced outreach
  • Support onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement communications, including execution of key programs such as Lucy Cares and new client welcome communications
  • Partner with Client Success to ensure the field is informed and equipped to reinforce client communications
  • Reduce ad hoc or reactive outreach by improving communication planning and structure
  • Support training and enablement efforts for Sales and Client Success teams
  • Help define training needs and priorities based on business goals, field feedback, and upcoming initiatives
  • Build and manage a regular enablement calendar
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training sessions
  • Translate messaging into clear talk tracks and field-ready guidance
  • Support ongoing learning and track enablement effectiveness (e.g., training participation, material usage, field feedback) to improve adoption
  • Ensure training replays and supporting materials are organized and accessible
  • Own and maintain the Sales and Client Success Hub (intranet) as the source of truth for field-facing materials and guidance
  • Manage the internal GTM communication cadence, including newsletters and field updates
  • Maintain standards and organization for enablement content
  • Communicate priorities, messaging updates, and key actions to Sales and Client Success teams
  • Gather feedback from Sales and Client Success to identify gaps and translate high-volume needs into clear briefs for Marketing
  • Help reduce reactive requests by surfacing high-volume needs that can be solved scalable
  • Build more repeatable approaches to reduce one-off requests and improve consistency across the field
  • Reinforce use of approved, up-to-date resources across the field
  • Act as a bridge across Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Clinical, and Operations to ensure work is aligned and usable in real-world field scenarios
  • Support alignment across teams to reduce rework and improve execution speed
  • Ensure work progresses efficiently from intake through delivery

  • Salary: $100,400 - $117,660
