The Global Workforce Screening team, part of Global Security at JPMorgan Chase, is responsible for conducting background checks on new hires and rescreening current employees and contingent workers. This function, in partnership with Human Resources and Global Supplier Services, helps protect the firm’s assets, reputation, employees, and clients by ensuring adherence to firm policy and regulatory standards. As a Regional Quality Associate, you will play a vital role in conducting quality reviews to ensure adherence to operating procedures and that processes meet necessary quality standards. This role involves inspecting, testing, and evaluating processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. You will execute activities independently to ensure systems and processes meet defined quality standards, analyze quality results, identify root causes, suggest solutions to problems, and identify improvement opportunities. You will also recommend quality reviews to identify and prevent errors, proactively or reactively. We are looking for two associates to fill two positions.
