Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining governance frameworks for screening processes, managing audit activities, and overseeing compliance obligations with screening vendors. The role also involves performing independent quality reviews to ensure processes meet established standards, evaluating end-to-end processes, analyzing quality results, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities.
