The Global Workforce Screening team is part of Global Security at JPMorgan Chase and is responsible for screening. Workforce Screening conducts background checks on new hires and rescreening of current employees and contingent workers, in partnership with Human Resources and Global Supplier Services. This function helps protect the firm’s assets, reputation, employees, and clients pursuant to firm policy and regulatory standards. This role supports global screening operations by ensuring compliance with internal policies, operating procedures, and external regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining governance frameworks for screening processes, managing audit activities, and overseeing compliance obligations with screening vendors. The role also performs independent quality reviews to ensure processes meet standards. This includes evaluating end-to-end processes, analyzing quality results, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities.
