About The Position

The Global Supply Chain Business Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional supply chain management and business operations to drive business growth and success. This role provides strategic financial leadership and coordinates business-operations activities across functional groups. Responsibilities include providing strategic financial leadership to the Materials Cost Management team, coordinating the generation of Material EACs/ETCs, sales forecasting, proposal estimates, and supplier reporting. The role also ensures EVMS guideline adherence, conducts risk analysis, and communicates results to senior leadership. Collaboration with Material Estimating and cross-functional leaders to align proposals with corporate policies is essential. Additionally, the manager will lead recruitment, training, performance assessment, and recognition of subordinate staff.
