DSG is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager for each of our East and West Districts. As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will be a key contributor to our Hub Branch operations, which impact service and responsiveness to our customers, suppliers, branches, and employee owners. This position will collaborate with the Regional Operations Managers and regional branches to lead and help manage all logistics activities within the region and supported branches, by implementing management system routines, deploying Glass Wall Metric structure, and leading process improvement strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate for Supply Chain Operations Manager will live near one of our main hub branches: Fargo, ND or Sioux Falls, SD (West District) or in Plymouth, MN or La Crosse, WI (East District).
