Nice To Haves

  • ERP Proficiency: Previous experience using NetSuite or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Industry Background: Experience in consumer goods, paper/plastic packaging, or high-volume retail manufacturing.
  • Visa Status: While this role is for a U.S. employee hire, the company is open to candidates seeking future green card sponsorship after a proven period of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain & Project Management End-to-End Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of supply chain projects, from raw material sourcing in Asia to manufacturing and U.S. distribution.
  • Global Coordination: Act as the central link between overseas factories, the Houston operations team, and the Bay Area leadership.
  • Workflow Optimization: Analyze lead times, packaging conversions, and logistics costs to improve margins and operational efficiency.
  • Customer Coordination & Account Management Client Interface: Serve as the "Voice of the Company" for key accounts, providing real-time updates and resolving complex project hurdles.
  • Commercial Support: Partner with sales leadership to manage inbound demand from large retail clients, ensuring high responsiveness and professional excellence.
  • Relationship Building: Represent the company at client sites and meetings - domestic and international.
  • Vendor & Factory Relations International Collaboration: Maintain and troubleshoot relationships with manufacturing partners in China, Taiwan, and Mexico.
  • Local Network Expansion: Support the growth of the local U.S. supplier network to diversify procurement
