About The Position

At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. Medtronic’s Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business is redefining patient monitoring through intelligent devices, software, analytics, and connectivity. Within ACM, the HealthCast™ Digital Health portfolio plays a central role in our evolution toward scalable, software-enabled and SaaS-based solutions that improve clinical decision-making and operational efficiency across care settings. We are seeking a Global Senior Product & Marketing Operations Manager – Digital Health to serve as the operational leader and integrator for our Digital Health marketing organization. This role is designed for a high‑potential, hands‑on operator who brings strong program management discipline, operational rigor, and digital product fluency — and who is eager to grow into broader digital health leadership over time. This individual contributor role will work closely with senior Digital Health leadership and function as a trusted operating partner, helping translate strategy into execution while building the processes, cadence, and structures needed to scale SaaS and recurring‑revenue businesses. This role includes global travel approximately 20% of the time and regularly interacts with global partners and stakeholders requiring meetings after normal business hours as needed. You’ll act as the operational backbone of the Digital Health marketing team, owning planning cycles, managing programs, tracking execution, and coordinating across product, marketing, R&D, finance, and regions. You’ll be deeply involved in how decisions get made, how investments are tracked, and how priorities move from idea to execution — giving you meaningful exposure to both strategy and scale.
