Responsibilities

Maintain visibility of emergency conditions and use established procedures and critical thinking to provide solutions.
Monitor cameras, access control, and facility alarms, and conduct internal CCTV investigations as needed.
Maintain records of communications and events.
Respond to and dispatch for life-safety incidents.
Process and prioritize service requests to support local and global operational requirements effectively.
Assess, coordinate, and oversee emergency response efforts during on-site security or emergency incidents.
Perform additional duties or assignments as designated by management.
