About The Position

The Global Sales Support Coordinator will serve as a liaison to provide increased level of support for all aspects of the global sales team and global AIT Enterprise wide. Responsible for fulfilling the needs of the sales team with customer facing products and tools, to create a better experience for all sales functions, allowing for increased customer interaction, while improving the customer (internal and external) experience.

Requirements

  • High School Required
  • 2+ years Customer Service Required
  • 3+ years Administration. Record keeping. Preferred
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail (Medium proficiency)
  • Ability to learn specific sales service knowledge as is relates to the support of the Sales team and customers. (Medium proficiency)
  • Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (Medium proficiency)
  • Organizational skills including demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and manage in a multi-task environment. (Medium proficiency)
  • Communication skills (including telephone, e-mail, Skype, and presentations skills) and the ability to communicate accurate information (Medium proficiency)
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously in the work setting. (Medium proficiency)
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and effectively communicate, implement change. (Medium proficiency)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems in an empowered, self-directed/managed work environment. (Medium proficiency)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the new customer onboarding process internally for sales team
  • Assist with training sales team and external customer on AITs customer facing portal which includes live demo sessions
  • Support all global Sales leads and continue to be the control tower for leads within our system
  • Able to maintain detailed knowledge of all sales programs to ensure timely and efficient communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively work and support internal teammates to ensure a high level of performance across the entire organization while sharing ongoing global process improvements and implementations.
  • Partner with sales with existing QBR processes, while implementing the development of new global tools.
