The Compensation & Performance Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of compensation and performance management programs. This role drives key annual processes, manages cross-functional initiatives, and leads change management efforts to ensure programs are delivered effectively and adopted successfully across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, HR operations, compensation, performance management, or related fields.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of compensation and performance management cycles, including merit, bonus, goal-setting, and performance review processes.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop and execute change management, communication, and training plans to support program adoption.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and manage organizational readiness for process and program changes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve compensation and performance management processes.
  • Conduct post-cycle reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Document and maintain program governance, process documentation, and operating procedures.
