About The Position

The Global Rewards Manager supports compensation activities for designated client groups across U.S. Corporate, the global Industrial organization, and Latin America Retail. The role also contributes to the successful delivery of global rewards programs and initiatives across regions. This position requires strong compensation expertise, analytical rigor, and effective stakeholder partnership to ensure consistent, accurate, and high-quality execution within a complex international environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Approximately 7+ years of experience in compensation, rewards, or related Human Resources disciplines.
  • Strong experience in U.S. core compensation within a matrixed, multi-business, and international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of salary administration, job evaluation, compensation review processes, and market benchmarking.
  • Experience supporting and contributing to global rewards programs across multiple regions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including reporting and financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated strength in communication, collaboration, judgment, and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with HR systems and compensation platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compensation guidance and support related to salary positioning, job evaluation, pay decisions, and organizational changes.
  • Partner with Human Resources and business stakeholders to support compensation administration, governance, and recurring compensation processes.
  • Manage complex compensation matters and deliver clear, practical guidance in response to stakeholder inquiries.
  • Support annual compensation review cycles, including planning, preparation, analysis, execution support, and post-cycle follow-up.
  • Conduct compensation analyses, market benchmarking, reporting, and workforce planning activities.
  • Leverage data and analytics to support informed compensation decision-making.
  • Contribute to the coordination, implementation, and rollout of global rewards programs and projects across regions.
  • Support alignment of timelines, communications, materials, and execution activities with regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Foster consistency and operational excellence in the delivery of rewards initiatives across geographies.
  • Maintain compensation guidelines, documentation, and process materials.
  • Contribute to governance activities and continuous process improvement efforts that enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
