Eaton’s Mobility Group is seeking a Product Strategy Manager to join our leadership team. This position will be based in Southfield, MI. The Product Strategy Manager oversees the long-term enterprise mobility product portfolio, tasked to achieve $6B in 2030 sales at +20% ROS. The Product Strategy Manager will ensure the Mobility group portfolio aligns with Eaton’s capabilities and supports the enterprise Power Management vision. This role assesses current, future and adjacent technologies in conjunction with market trends, competitive positioning and the Mobility portfolio health to articulate strategic recommendations and implementation proposals to internal stakeholders. Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
