In managing the strategic planning process, this role will support the Executive Team and the Sr. Director – Global Strategy in defining and creating the strategic plan. The role is responsible for regularly updating and reporting on the status of strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide KPIs. As an internal strategy consultant and advisor, the role will help the business think strategically, connect the dots, make sense of complexity, drive innovation, set priorities, and make choices. This position reports to, and works closely with, the Sr. Director – Global Strategy, and collaborates regularly with various teams, international affiliate institutes, and volunteer members.
