As the Global Product Marketing Manager, Nurse Call, you will develop and execute strategies informed by market research, customer insights, and healthcare industry knowledge. The Nurse Call portfolio is a key growth driver for the business, generating approximately $300M in annual revenue. In this role, you will lead the strategic development and growth of the portfolio, partner with cross-functional teams across a matrix organization, and drive innovation, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required
  • 3+ years of product management and / or marketing in a life sciences corporation (preferably medical device, diagnostics or capital equipment), preferably with at least 1-2 of those years in an upstream or global capacity
  • Product life cycle management with knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to build, defend and execute an integrated marketing plan
  • Develop growth strategies and implementing product launches globally
  • Ability to analyze markets, competitors and business opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuasively present to internal and external stakeholders at all levels (executives, R&D, customers and cross-functional teams)
  • Self-motivated and history of successfully driving results
  • Proven ability to work independently and be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Proven ability to influence others, including those globally dispersed in other functions and in more senior positions
  • Demonstrated creative problem resolution and analytical skills
  • Strong learning agility with a solid understanding of healthcare and business

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in global market dynamics, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to drive portfolio growth and innovation.
  • Lead market research and data analytics to assess market opportunities, growth rates, and strategic priorities.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to develop evidence-generation strategies that support product differentiation and commercial success.
  • Define competitive strategies through ongoing analysis of market positioning, competitor activities, and emerging industry developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, prioritize opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Drive portfolio strategy and lifecycle management, including roadmaps, product launches, enhancements, line extensions, phase-outs, and geographic expansion.
  • Develop commercial release strategies, launch metrics, and connectivity strategies for new-to-market solutions.
  • Own key portfolio planning activities, including market modeling, business case development, strategic planning, and ongoing portfolio performance management.
