As the Global People Operations Manager (Transition & Integration), you will play a key role in stabilising US and Canada People Operations while supporting the transition of services into the global People Operations model. Your primary responsibility is to ensure continuity of service delivery while driving alignment to global standards, simplifying local processes and enabling the controlled movement of work into centralised teams. This role is focused on supporting integration and transformation, ensuring that US and Canada operations are aligned to the wider People Services and Operations strategy, while reducing reliance on local delivery over time. You will act as a central point of escalation for complex issues, while also identifying opportunities to improve, standardise and streamline services. This role will challenge existing ways of working and support the transition to a more scalable and efficient operating model.
