Global Mobility Advisor

Graebel Companies, Inc.
•$63,000 - $65,000

About The Position

The Global Mobility Advisor supports the day-to-day delivery of Merck’s international assignment and relocation programme. The role is a key point of contact for HR, line management, mobility service providers and relocation counsellors, providing guidance and coordination for international assignments and country-to-country transfers across the assigned region. Working with internal and external stakeholders, the Advisor coordinates activity involving payroll, tax, data management, relocation, immigration and other specialist providers; advises on approved mobility policy; supports country-specific compliance coordination; and contributes to vendor management and mobility-related projects. The role coordinates and refers technical matters to the relevant specialist provider or functional owner rather than providing independent legal, tax, payroll or immigration advice. It also maintains case information, documentation and project materials, tracks provider actions, supports issue resolution, and communicates process steps and next actions to employees and stakeholders while handling sensitive information confidentially.
