Our product is in Phase III development for blood pressure lowering in resistant / uncontrolled hypertension and expanding across cardiorenal diseases by the potential for a fixed-dose combination with a best-in-class medicine for treatment of CKD and heart failure. The program is supported by an expansive clinical program, including major Phase III outcomes studies that aim to demonstrate our product provides both blood pressure reduction and organ protection in a single treatment option. Accountabilities The Global Marketing Director, CVRM will lead the strategic development and execution of HCP strategies programs focused on Primary Care Physicians treating Hard to Control Hypertension. There is an opportunity to work across the franchise to support the commercial development of the robust lifecycle spanning multiple indications over the next 7 years. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the cardio renal landscape, HCP and patient needs, and innovative approaches to healthcare marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer, improve health outcomes, and drive long-term relationships with key stakeholders globally, market affiliates, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years pharmaceutical commercial experience
  • Expertise in cardiovascular, renal, and / or metabolic disease areas
  • Expertise in Development of Patient strategy and implementation
  • Broad commercial experience including pre-launch and launch
  • Experience with budget/expense management, business case development and management/ communication of brand performance. Evidence of developing compelling business cases

  • An advanced degree (MBA, MSc or PhD) is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies tailored to Primary Care prescribers treating Hard to Control Hypertension, ensuring alignment with franchise objectives.
  • Shape product strategy with a tie to disease area strategies and insights (in HTN, CKD, HF)
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and industry partners to co-create impactful patient programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory, and Communications, to ensure cohesive implementation of strategies.
  • Innovation & Digital Transformation: Drive innovation in patient and HCP engagement through digital platforms, mobile applications, and telehealth solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and refine strategies as necessary.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Budget Management: Oversee allocated budgets for patient programs, ensuring cost-effective strategies that deliver maximum impact.

  • The annual base pay for this position ranges from $229,303 to $343,955. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
