The Global Manager, Project Management leads global Project Management teams for Carling and manages Project Manager running the Carling product development projects to attain high quality product launches. Manages the operational aspects of complex engineering projects from inception through implementation that have significant impact to the company. Coordinates cross-functional teams and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team and line management. Accountable for results of the team. The Global Manager, Project Management combines dual leadership + execution nature. About Your Role: Manage / Lead Carling Project Management team (USA, Mexico, China). Accountable for results of the team. 40% Monitor and control the compliance to requirements and risk of assigned projects. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, goals and objectives. Ensures that project milestones are identified and tracked to proactively identify and resolve issues and mitigates risks that may threaten the project delivery. Ensure clear communication within the project management teams and towards management. 30% Plan human resource requirements for the development of new products. 10% Ensure new product development meetings are robust and time effective. 10% Be a subject expert on the corporate processes for New Product Proposals and the 5-Phase Development program. 10%
