About The Position

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform used by businesses to accept payments, grow revenue, and pursue new business opportunities. The Specialist Solutions Architect (SSA) team provides domain expertise aligned to Stripe solutions and customer buying centers, partnering with specialist sellers and the broader pre-sales organization to shape strategic opportunities, develop pipeline, improve revenue attainment, and translate product capabilities into measurable customer outcomes. The team also shares field insights with Product and Engineering to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market strategy. The Global Head of Specialist Solutions Architecture for Revenue leads the global strategy, execution, and growth of the SSA organization supporting Stripe's full Revenue Suite, including Stripe Billing and Metronome. The role defines how Stripe engages customers across the monetization-to-revenue-reporting lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through adoption, value realization, and expansion. This lifecycle includes subscription management, usage-based and hybrid billing, invoicing, tax, revenue recognition, and analytics. This is a second-line leadership position managing regional managers who lead specialist architect teams, as well as a small number of senior individual contributors who report directly to the role. The leader builds and develops this multi-layered organization and establishes the operating model, playbooks, and cross-functional partnerships needed to scale worldwide. In collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Engineering, the role helps customers modernize revenue infrastructure and accelerates Revenue Suite adoption and growth across Stripe's regions. The leader also ensures that customer needs from every region inform Stripe's global product and go-to-market direction.
