Sales and technical service is available either through local Lapmaster Sales Representative or through our main Sales and Technical Services Centers located in Mount Prospect, IL, Plymouth, UK, Chennai, India, Tokyo, Japan and Shenyang, China.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required
  • Ten years of related experience
  • Must be available to work on site
  • Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintain a view of the big picture
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Responsibilities

  • Managing the global consolidation and review of monthly financial statements for all entities
  • Construction of monthly MD&A memo reporting on financial results and variances relative to budget
  • Review and consolidation of monthly reported data from all entities such as incoming order detail, backlog, capex, intercompany balances, and headcount, among others
  • Oversee and administer annual and semi-annual global budgeting processes
  • Assisting Global Controller with annual audit and Ad Hoc reporting, financial analyses, and presentations as needed for management, lenders, and investors
  • Other duties as assigned
