About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead the rapid expansion of our global online sales. This role will focus on accelerating performance on established platforms such as Amazon and Walmart, while identifying and launching into emerging digital marketplaces like TikTok Shop and other high-growth platforms worldwide. The ideal candidate will be data-savvy, strategic, and execution-focused, with a deep understanding of global e-commerce ecosystems and a passion for moving fast and scaling smart.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Amazon and Walmart seller/retail accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of global e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling on new platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop).
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and act quickly.
  • Experience with e-commerce tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, etc.).
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer brand environment.
  • Global market experience (North America, Europe, Asia, LATAM).
  • Familiarity with DTC and omnichannel strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize performance across Amazon, Walmart, and other key marketplaces.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, improve conversion, and increase market share.
  • Identify and evaluate new e-commerce platforms globally (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Mercado Libre).
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding and launch process for new platforms.
  • Monitor daily sales data and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Use analytics to inform decisions, optimize listings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Act with urgency to capitalize on trends, seasonal opportunities, and platform innovations.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure rapid execution of campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure product content is optimized for each platform.
  • A/B test content and merchandising strategies to improve performance.
  • Develop a global e-commerce roadmap aligned with business growth targets.
  • Stay ahead of international e-commerce trends, regulations, and consumer behaviors.
