  • At least eight years of progressive experience in supply chain, distribution, logistics, technology-enabled transformation, program management, sustainability, security or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation in a global or multi-regional environment.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and partner effectively with technology teams on data, integration, system and architecture considerations, without requiring hands-on engineering ownership.
  • Experience managing external vendors, logistics providers or strategic partners, including performance management, governance and issue resolution.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to build alignment across senior leaders, regional teams, functional experts and external partners without direct authority.
  • Sound judgment and structured problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate tradeoffs, manage ambiguity and recommend pragmatic paths forward.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, executive-ready recommendations and updates.
  • Working knowledge of project and program management practices, data-driven performance management and change adoption.

  • Lead priority device and IoT initiatives from opportunity definition through implementation, coordinating requirements, milestones, risks and dependencies to accelerate deployment and deliver measurable business value.
  • Partner with BTS and technology partners to translate business requirements into functional, data and integration requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable, supportable and compliant with Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
  • Manage strategic device, monitoring and technology-provider relationships through performance reviews, roadmap alignment and issue resolution.
  • Own the annual connected logistics budget, including forecasting, spend tracking, vendor invoices, financial reporting and actions to ensure investments deliver expected value.
  • Partner with Global Supply Chain Security, regional teams, third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders to assess emerging threats and build product protection and transportation security requirements into logistics strategies, operating models and technology deployments.
  • Implement risk-based security standards and solutions, such as TAPA, and lead cross-functional product-security initiatives, including programs that make high-value products less visible during transportation and distribution to reduce theft, diversion and other supply chain risks.
  • Evolve the working relationship with EH&S on distribution and logistics sustainability; support Scope 3 emissions guidance, governance and training for emissions self-reporting across markets and third-party partners; and coordinate Product Carbon Footprint requests.
  • Engage Distribution Managers, Regional Transportation Management teams and senior cross-functional leaders to address partner performance.
