About The Position

Arcarithm is seeking a Global Computer Operations Support Analyst T4 to perform daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of the C2BMC-G systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment. This role provides first-level technical support to the customer, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. The analyst will document and report events, receive tasking from leadership, and assist in user account maintenance. The position operates and sustains C2BMC-G mission and training systems within the Missile Defense Integration & Operations Center (MDIOC).

Requirements

  • Sound background and experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments.
  • Experience in system and/or network administration, including UNIX, Linux, and Windows.
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components.
  • Experience in data flow usage and the ability to troubleshoot with internal and external agencies to establish network connectivity.
  • Must possess a DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE, SecurityX, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CISSP). Candidate will be responsible for maintaining the DoD 8140 certification for the full contract period.
  • Minimum Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and knowledge of C2BMC System or Missile Defense Systems.
  • Linux Certification (Linux Essentials, Linux+, LPIC-1, RHCSA).
  • Experience using Confluence and Jira.
  • Basic scripting (Bash).
  • Active Directory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of the C2BMC-G systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment enabling Space Domain Awareness and Space Defense.
  • Provide first-level technical support to the customer and perform initial troubleshooting of all local C2BMC-G hardware, software, and networks.
  • Document and report all events/issues to leadership.
  • Receive tasking and direction from leadership for all operations, test, and real-world events.
  • Assist in maintenance of user accounts as directed by the local ISSO.
  • Operate and sustain the C2BMC-G mission systems and/or training systems environment for operational and training missions supported by C2BMC's presence in the Missile Defense Integration & Operations Center (MDIOC).
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required.
