We're looking for a Global Community Lead to join our team in New York City. As Global Community Lead, you will shape and lead Legora’s global community strategy as a key driver of growth and retention. This role sits at the intersection of our product, marketing, and growth teams, with ownership of community as a measurable engine for activation, retention, expansion, and brand equity. You will design the community strategy, beginning in North America, launch programs from 0 to 1, and establish the operating model that ensures the Legora Community directly contributes to revenue and long-term customer value. In the early stages, you will personally lead high-impact initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of International Marketing, you will collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Legal Engineering, Product, Engagement, and Brand to ensure community initiatives drive measurable outcomes aligned with company growth targets.
