About The Position

The goal of this position is to support internal employees and clients in expanding their knowledge of Discover, Retail Measurement, and Consumer Panel Data, and to increase the utilization of these solutions by developing and delivering engaging, interactive, and practical learning content. The ideal candidate has experience in delivering software training and possesses excellent German language skills.

Requirements

Fluent English and German language skills.
Very good MS Office skills.
Experience in delivering software-related training.
Knowledge in the area of Retail Measurement Data is mandatory.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to collaborate across different cultures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support in the development and independent delivery of professional training on NIQ platforms and analyses for internal employees as well as local and global clients.
Ensure that all training content remains current and relevant.
Identify needs for new training curricula and support the development of new training programs and materials.
Build and maintain good working relationships with specialists across various organizations and countries.
