About The Position

Blue Ventures is seeking an experienced change leader for a 12-month maternity cover to guide staff through ongoing organisational transformation. The postholder will lead the people side of change across Blue Ventures’ portfolio, drive adoption of new systems and processes, and oversee the organisation’s project management approach. The role will foster trust across teams, manage complex initiatives, and embed change management and continuous improvement as core organisational competencies.

The position is global and full-time, fixed-term for 12 months. It reports to the Global Digital Lead and has line management responsibility for a Project Support Officer. The expected start date is the beginning of February 2027 to allow a handover with the current postholder. Remuneration varies by location, with the listed annual gross salary ranges spanning BZD 76,861–93,286 (Belize), IDR 405,629,044–496,427,469 (Indonesia), KES 5,421,553–6,526,608 (Kenya), MGA 52,757,887–65,325,072 (Madagascar), PHP 1,154,821–1,620,000 (Philippines), XOF 27,288,308–35,018,405 (Senegal), TZS 93,344,197–120,552,552 (Tanzania), USD 28,219–31,152 (Timor Leste), GBP 51,886–62,700 (UK national band), GBP 57,738–67,080 (London), and USD 97,889–122,738 (United States).
