About The Position

The Global Capability Center Product Engineering Director will lead Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation involving software development and engineering for products and platforms. The role includes building and scaling engineering organizations, product engineering teams, and global delivery centers within GCC environments, and establishing engineering operating models, delivery excellence frameworks, and innovation-led capabilities. The position also uses AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven engineering insights to improve innovation, delivery speed, quality, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation involving software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, including leading and delivering complex cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams.
• At least 2 years of experience building and scaling engineering organizations, product engineering teams, and global delivery centers within GCC environments.
• At least 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven engineering insights.
