About The Position
The Global Capability Center Capability Reinvention Manager will lead or support GCC strategy, organization design, operating-model development, and large-scale business transformation. The role focuses on cross-functional, end-to-end work reinvention, particularly tech-enabled process reengineering and data and AI enablement for new or existing capability centers. It also involves designing and scaling technology operating models, digital delivery organizations, and platform-led transformation initiatives within GCC environments, and using AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with at least half dedicated to Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation, including cross-functional, end-to-end work reinvention focused on tech-enabled process reengineering and data and AI enablement for new or existing capability centers.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and scaling technology operating models, digital delivery organizations, and platform-led transformation initiatives within GCC environments.
- At least 1 year of experience using AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.
