This role is responsible for creating and maintaining customer-specific special pricing, auditing and validating data for accuracy, and ensuring adherence to established guidelines and procedures. The consultant will also assist in the design, development, and testing of new functionality within related support systems. A key aspect of the role is to understand and support the needs and processes of IDEXX Lines of Businesses (LOBs) to provide exceptional customer service. The position involves identifying, elevating, and contributing to business process improvement initiatives, as well as creating and maintaining process documentation. The role also includes performing other assigned duties and adhering to IDEXX's Purpose & Guiding Principles.
