About The Position

Starti.ai is an AI-driven user acquisition and Connected TV advertising company helping global advertisers scale performance in a rapidly changing mobile marketing landscape. As privacy changes such as ATT and Privacy Sandbox reshape user acquisition, we are building smarter, outcome-driven solutions for mobile advertisers, gaming publishers, and performance marketing teams. We are expanding our presence in North America and are looking for a highly connected Business Development Manager to help us build strategic relationships with leading mobile game publishers, fintech advertisers, and performance-driven brands. The Business Development Manager – North America will own strategic business development across the U.S. and Canadian markets, with a strong focus on mobile gaming, app marketing, user acquisition, and emerging CTV opportunities. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with deep experience in the mobile advertising ecosystem, strong relationships with top-tier advertisers or publishers, and a proven track record of winning and growing enterprise-level accounts. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building senior-level relationships, closing direct partnerships, and representing Starti.ai in the North American market.

Requirements

  • 3–8+ years of business development, sales, partnerships, or strategic account experience in mobile advertising, AdTech, app marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Prior experience at a leading mobile advertising, mobile measurement, or user acquisition platform such as AppLovin, ironSource/Unity, Moloco, Liftoff, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular, Digital Turbine, Tapjoy, Chartboost, Vungle, or similar companies.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, including user acquisition, programmatic advertising, performance marketing, campaign optimization, attribution, and advertiser budget allocation.
  • Proven track record of opening, closing, and scaling enterprise-level advertiser or publisher relationships.
  • Existing network of contacts within North American mobile gaming publishers, app advertisers, or fintech/crypto advertisers.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build trust with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of North American business culture and the ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
  • Native or near-native English communication skills.

  • Existing relationships with top mobile game publishers, including companies such as EA, Zynga, Scopely, Activision Blizzard, PLAYSTUDIOS, Onesoft, or similar publishers.
  • Existing relationships with fintech or crypto advertisers such as Coinbase, Robinhood, Kraken, Binance, or similar companies.
  • Experience working with direct advertiser budgets, strategic partnerships, or exclusive campaign deals.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven user acquisition, CTV advertising, cross-platform advertising, PC/console gaming campaigns, or Web3 marketing.
  • Knowledge of privacy-related changes affecting mobile advertising, including ATT, Privacy Sandbox, CCPA, and CPRA.
  • Experience speaking at or attending major industry events such as GDC, MAU, SiGMA, App Promotion Summit, or similar conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts across North America, with a focus on top mobile game publishers, app advertisers, and performance marketing teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, including CMOs, Heads of User Acquisition, Growth Leads, and Marketing Executives.
  • Own the full sales and partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and relationship development to negotiation, closing, and long-term account growth.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with leading mobile game publishers in the U.S. and Canada, with a goal of expanding coverage across top-ranked publishers.
  • Identify and close direct opportunities with fintech, crypto, and other high-growth app advertisers.
  • Secure direct budgets, pilot campaigns, and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Provide market feedback to internal product, strategy, and leadership teams based on advertiser demand, competitive trends, and privacy-related market changes.
  • Represent Starti.ai at major industry events, including GDC, MAU, SiGMA, and other mobile advertising, gaming, and performance marketing conferences.
  • Help shape Starti.ai’s North American go-to-market strategy and strengthen the company’s brand presence in the region.
