Now, we’re expanding into the US market and this is where things get interesting. ➡️ The Opportunity We’re not looking for someone to “run sequences.” We’re building a repeatable outbound engine in the US, and this role sits at the center of it. As an Enterprise BDR, you will: Own pipeline generation across a defined set of target accounts Help shape messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy Partner directly with Account Executives to break into new accounts Play a critical role in defining what “good” looks like for US go-to-market This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with a clear path to growth.

Requirements

  • 6–24 months of SDR/BDR outbound sales experience
  • Proven ability to generate meetings through outbound prospecting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • You’ve got legitimate cold calling experience
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguity this is a build phase

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate pipeline
  • Book qualified meetings with HR, operations, and people leaders
  • Own account-based prospecting across key industries and stakeholders
  • Test and optimize messaging to improve response and conversion rates
  • Partner with AEs to convert meetings into revenue and ensure smooth handoffs
  • Contribute insights to refine outbound strategy and drive continuous improvement
