About The Position

This is an invitation to be the strategic linchpin for a new category of technology, orchestrating the technical global GTM execution for SailPoint's Agentic Fabric ('SAF'). SailPoint is seeking a high-caliber, deeply organized, and influential individual to be the central nervous system of our newly formed global Agentic Technologists team. This remote role, based in the Americas, reports to the Sr. Director and is the critical force multiplier for a team of elite technologists. You will ensure that our groundbreaking Agentic Identity Security story is told consistently and with maximum impact across the globe. You are not just supporting a team; you are building the operational engine that will define a new market and establish SailPoint as its undisputed leader. You will join a globally distributed, elite group whose mission is to unlock the potential of SailPoint’s global scale by tapping into the powerful new agentic products SailPoint is continuously innovating. This is a rare opportunity to shape the operational heartbeat of a pioneering technology team.

Requirements

  • The rare ability to synthesize complex technical concepts and strategic business goals into clear, consistent, and actionable communication for a diverse, global audience.
  • A demonstrated history of creating order from chaos. You have experience building and managing operational systems, cadences, and communication plans for geographically distributed teams.
  • Proven success in partnering with and influencing multiple stakeholders across functions like Marketing, Product Management, and Sales. You are adept at building consensus and driving coordinated execution.
  • You can grasp and contribute to the high-level strategy of a go-to-market team while flawlessly managing the granular details of calendars, communications, and resource allocation.
  • While not a hands-on coding role, you must be comfortable in a deeply technical environment. A foundational understanding of enterprise software, cloud computing, and AI/ML concepts is essential for credibility and success.
  • An innate ability to anticipate the needs of a fast-moving team, identify potential roadblocks, and independently build solutions to keep the entire organization moving forward.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.
