About The Position

A client-facing role that develops the business relationship. This includes account mapping, business unit breakdown, running QBRs, and ensuring offices servicing the account understand and execute SOPs. The role is responsible for report monitoring, analysis, and distribution, conducting performance management for the reporting team, and regular market analysis to maintain industry awareness. It drives collaborative efforts internally by supporting and sharing best practices in client reviews, strategic business plans, value-add programs, process improvements, tender management, and technology solutions. The position also leads and reviews impact and coverage to identify service and opportunity gaps, directs account monitoring activities to ensure timely payment and collection, and creates and implements global business development plans with short-term and long-term objectives. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience in sales, account management, or operations in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States for any company in an ongoing capacity without company sponsorship.
  • Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position.
  • Must successfully pass an E-Verify Check.

  • Drive collaborative efforts internally by supporting and sharing best practices.
