The Senior Finance Manager will lead the design, execution, and deployment of certain activities for the Account to report team across the upcoming SigniFi releases to ensure that organizational stakeholders are prepared to successfully execute the future state processes. This individual will partner across the A2R, SigniFi, and relevant stakeholders to proactively manage critical interdependencies and integration points that will enable successful deployment of the future state of A2R processes to the organization.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience, including exposure to accounting processes, financial reporting, or account‑to‑report activities is required.
  • Experience working in dynamic, ambiguous environments with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities is required.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving abilities are required.
  • Knowledge of technical accounting, compliance, and financial systems are required.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence, build relationships, and effectively present to senior leadership are required.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively while operating independently with sound judgement is required.
  • Collaborative working style with experience operating in a matrixed global organization is required.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to proactively identify risks, anticipate challenges, and recommend solutions is required.
  • Highly organized, forward‑looking, and able to drive projects and process improvements forward is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior people‑management and talent‑development experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Common Information Model/Master Data concepts, and emerging technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Global Process Owner for Procurement Accounting and Compensation and Benefits accounting processes within Account to Report (A2R), leading the end-to-end design and execution of A2R processes
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and activate transformative capabilities for above A2R processes as part of TransAct global template
  • Partner with deployment teams to support identification and solutioning of localization requirements and maintenance of training materials for TransAct Global Template deployments
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and/or introduce new capabilities that will transform and simplify ways of working
  • Lead process focused governance forums with Global Services Finance and other key stakeholders to facilitate interaction model
  • Monitor run state processes to ensure adherence to global template and support timely resolution of issues
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and operational excellence
