About The Position

Nalley Consulting is seeking a GitLab Administrator to join the team at Southcom HQ. This role involves establishing and maintaining GitLab repositories for version control, code collaboration, and tracking changes. The administrator will implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and submit GitLab Access & Security Compliance Reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in GitLab administration.
Knowledge and capability to administer, maintain, and optimize GitLab for version control, repository management, and secure DevSecOps workflows.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline configuration, access control management, and code repository best practices.
Strong troubleshooting and automation skills to support software development teams.
Demonstrated experience in managing Git repositories, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure DevSecOps integration.
Experience with access control policies, automated testing frameworks, and software configuration management.

Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

Responsibilities
