About The Position

Join the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Experience as a Gift Shop Team Member at our Tour Center. In this guest-facing role, you will welcome visitors from the community and around the world, delivering excellent customer service while supporting retail operations. Team Members assist guests throughout their shopping experience, operate a computer-based point-of-sale (POS) system, and help maintain an engaging, well-organized retail environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Willingness and ability to learn and use inventory management systems
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, including overhead lifting
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry throughout the entire shift

Responsibilities

Welcome, greet, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
Process sales transactions and operate a computer-based POS system
Assist guests on the sales floor by providing product and merchandise information
Replenish merchandise, restock store displays, and maintain visual presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines
Partner with the Team Leads to support daily operations and additional needs
Assist during private events and high-traffic periods as required
