Responsible for overall management of the Pink Pearl Gift Shop in the hospital location, online and through kiosk sales. This includes purchasing merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory controls, displaying merchandise to maximize sales appeal, and handling all administrative operations accurately and in a timely manner. The role involves developing a schedule of holiday activities and promotions to increase revenue, managing all controllable costs to ensure profitability, and promoting quality customer service and teamwork. The manager will also be responsible for conducting an annual inventory and attending monthly meetings to report sales and specialty events.
