About The Position

Pirates Voyage is actively seeking members to join our crew as Gift Shop Employees. This role is ideal for individuals aged 16 and up who have a passion for customer service and enjoy interacting with people. The hours depend on the show schedule, and shifts will include afternoons and evenings as this is a dinner show.

Requirements

• Ages 16 and Up
• Must get along well with guests and fellow employees
• Maintain a professional business relationship at all times
• Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, greeting and directing the guests
• Assist guests with their purchases
• Process credit cards
• Operate a cash register and balance the cash drawer at the end of each day
• Must get along well with guests and fellow employees and maintain a professional business relationship at all times
• Assist with set up, stock, and cleaning duties as needed in the Village.
• Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance at the job
