Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

- Basic math skills and proficiency with cash register operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting gifts and merchandise
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gift shop
- Restock shelves and ensure products are well-presented
- Provide information about products and store promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to management
